Ministry burnout is real.
Exhaustion
Isolation
Overload
Pastors and ministry leaders carry emotional, spiritual, and relational weight every day. Too often, they rest last.
Fish-On Ministries exists to create space for restoration.
A Retreat Designed for Renewal.
Fly Fishing
Fly fishing naturally slows the body and mind, creating space for reflection and peace.
Spiritual Restoration
Quiet, prayer, reflection, and reconnection with God.
Shared Experience
Leaders walk alongside other leaders who understand the weight they carry.
Beyond the ordinary
We Believe That a Healthy Leader Creates a Healthy Church
Rest. Renew. Reconnect.
We believe that those who serve others deserve time to be restored. Through the generosity of our donors, we provide fly fishing adventures designed to bring peace, joy, and renewal to pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders.
We offer fully funded fly fishing trips to individuals in ministry. Giving them time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with God in the beauty of nature.
Because Those Who Serve, Deserve to Be Served.
Rplnish × Fish On Ministries
At the heart of this partnership is a shared belief: pastors and ministry leaders need intentional space to rest, reconnect with God, and be restored—before burnout takes hold, or after it already has.
Rplnish exists to serve pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders by creating sacred space away from the noise, pressure, and constant demands of leadership. Through thoughtfully curated retreats and experiences, Rplnish helps leaders slow down, seek God’s presence, process exhaustion, and experience real spiritual renewal. Whether someone is proactively guarding their heart or already walking through burnout, Rplnish provides a pathway toward rest, clarity, and transformation.
This is where Fish On Ministries plays a vital role.
As part of the Rplnish experience, Fish On Ministries facilitate fly-fishing trips designed to create margin, joy, and meaningful connection. These outings aren’t about performance or productivity—they’re about presence. Time on the water offers a natural rhythm for reflection, laughter, honest conversation, and rest. Guests enjoy a full experience that includes fly fishing, great food, and shared moments that foster both community and renewal.
Fish-On Ministries role is simple but powerful:
to create an environment where pastors and ministry leaders can exhale, enjoy God’s creation, and be reminded of who they are beyond their title or calling. Many find that conversations flow more freely on the river, hearts open more naturally, and God speaks more clearly in the stillness.
Together, Rplnish and Fish On Ministries serve pastors not by adding another obligation—but by offering rest, restoration, and reconnection with God in a way that is authentic, grounding, and deeply meaningful.
